bill donohue throws stones from his glass house

Tony Perkins and The Family Research Council are currently trying to convince several retailers to rejoin the Christian (or Charity) Give Back Group, formerly, or also known as the Christian Values Network with a website and e-mail campaign.

They’re getting some help from The Catholic League.

This past week, Bill Donohue, The president of the Catholic League, joined Tony Perkins on his Washington Watch Weekly podcast, to talk about their effort to woo back several companies back to the CGBG program.

There's alot irony in having Donohue claiming gays extremist bullies are silencing christian voices.  Ever since he became President of the Catholic League, it's all he's been doing.

As per Wikipedia, Donohue actively campaigns against what he perceives as discrimination against and defamation of Catholics and Catholicism.   Fart standing next to a statue of jesus and you'll incur his wrath.

He's gone after Abercrombie & Fitch, The Miler Brewing Company, CBS, and many companies.

In December 2010, Donohue demanded that The Smihtsonian censor an LGBT themed exhibit, specifically, a piece of video art from David Wojnarowicz, entitled, "A Fire in My Belly." The Smithsonian buckled.

Need I also mention his anti-gay history and the fact that he repeatedly strives to blame the ongoing church sex abuse scandal on gays?
