On Friday, A New York appeals court dismissed a legal claim filed by New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms who claimed The New York State Senate violated the state’s Open Meetings Law because those meetings didn’t include Reverend Duane Motley and Rabbi Noson Leiter (Torah Jews For Decency), two anti-gay lobbyists.

Lots of other bloggers and writers have been writing or blogging about Alan Chambers, president of Exodus International, and his recent declarations that there was no cure for homosexuality and that “reparative therapy” offered false hopes to gays and could even be harmful.
But the one thing that Alan hasn’t said or written yet is that he is, and has always been gay or that Exodus International will be closing down because they can’t accept the harm they’ve caused.
Nor have those bloggers and activists, and they would Truth Wins Out, Box Turtle Bulletin, Warren Throckmorton, The Southern Poverty Law Center and Ex-Gay Watch, demanded he speak or write those words.
